Request a transcript
罢丑别听聽prohibits the release of a transcript or the information recorded thereon to a third party without the student鈥檚 express written consent. Transcripts will not be released until all student accounts and fees are paid.
杏吧原创 sends official transcripts electronically through聽National Student Clearinghouse聽to participating schools. This service is only available for students who began attendance at 杏吧原创 in the fall of 1993 or after.
How to request a transcript
Official transcripts may be requested through the聽. A few notes for your Clearinghouse request:
The first page will ask you to Enter the school you want to request your transcript from 鈥� please indicate 杏吧原创 in this field.
If you no longer have access to your 杏吧原创 ID number, please use your SSN as this is an acceptable option.
If you are unable to complete a request through the National Student Clearinghouse, please contact our office or if you prefer, you may also request by:

鈥⒙營N PERSON 鈥� by coming to the Office of the Registrar located on the top floor of the Pruitt Barrett Building, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Cash, check or credit card are accepted for payment.
