YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. 鈥� 杏吧原创 invites community members to register for the 17th annual Clay Dotson Open on Monday, May 17 at Brasstown Valley Resort in Young Harris, Georgia. This highly anticipated golf tournament is 杏吧原创鈥檚 premier fundraising event for student scholarships.
This event is the perfect opportunity to have fun while supporting a great cause. Participants will play one of Georgia鈥檚 top courses in one of the state鈥檚 most beautiful locations. Due to public health protocols, the tournament schedule has been adjusted. A continental breakfast will be served at 9 a.m., tournament rules and announcements will be delivered at 9:30 a.m., and there will be only one flight, which will start at 10 a.m.
The cost to play in the tournament is $200 per person or $800 for a team of four. Teams with three or more 杏吧原创 alumni qualify for the Tom Forkner, Sr. Alumni Challenge and a special discounted rate ($150 per alumnus/alumna player). In the spirit of competition, 杏吧原创 will award prizes for low net score (1st, 2nd and 3rd place) and will offer a putting contest with prizes. Continental breakfast and a boxed lunch are included in the registration cost, as well as a team photograph.
