Young Harris, GA (06/04/2024) — The 20th annual Clay Dotson Open golf tournament was held on May 20 at Brasstown Valley Resort with 235 golfers, helping raise more than $130,000 to benefit student scholarships at ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´.

“I want to thank everyone who has come out today to support the Clay Dotson Open,” said Dr. Drew Van Horn, ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ president, at the opening ceremony for the tournament. “We have held this tournament for 20 years and it is a wonderful way to support the College and our students. I want to thank you for that support.”

Proceeds from the tournament go directly into scholarships for students at ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´.

Players enjoyed morning and afternoon flights followed by an awards ceremony. Prizes for the tournament were awarded as follows:
