Information technology services

Access the help desk. Get individual computer support. The Department of Information Technology Services (IT) provides a variety of services to help you get and stay connected.

We believe a technology-rich environment prepares students to succeed in today鈥檚 marketplace. The 杏吧原创 IT department provides customer help desk service, network service, telecommunications, information systems, and instructional technology.

The IT department is located in the top floor of the Pruitt-Barrett Administration Building.

In addition to wireless internet, , Microsoft Office, and computer labs, 杏吧原创 offers a variety of helpful apps and other services to help you stay connected.

Stay on top of events, classes and assignments with the built-in calendar function. Get notified of important dates, deadlines, and security announcements. Make friends, ask questions, and access campus resources.

Moodle Mobile

Access all of your courses and studies directly on your mobile devices. .

One Card

杏吧原创 One Card is the official ID card of 杏吧原创. It provides dining hall admittance, electronic key access, and balance for use in the dining hall, Chick-fil-A, and Starbucks.

Minimum system requirements

Windows: Windows 10. 8GB RAM minimum | 8GB+ recommended

Macintosh:聽Mac OS X 10.15 Catalina or higher – 4GB RAM minimum | 8GB+ recommended

Antivirus:聽Students are required to have an active antivirus product installed on their personal computers before being able to connect to the 杏吧原创 network.

Microsoft Office:聽Students are provided with a downloadable copy of Microsoft Office 365. Once you have obtained a 杏吧原创 username and password, you can find download instructions on the Information Technology webpage of 杏吧原创 Connect.

Frequently asked questions about IT

Where can I access Wi-Fi?

Wireless connectivity is available in most areas of campus. 杏吧原创 is a Wi-Fi-only campus. All residential halls have 100% wireless coverage and require a computer with wireless capability to access the College network.

How do I access student email?

All students are provided with a network login and email address. This includes a 25GB mailbox and 1TB OneDrive. You can log into your student email via Microsoft Outlook.

Where can I access a computer?

Computers are available for use in the Zell & Shirley Miller Library and specific computer labs related to academic disciplines.

How do I access Microsoft Office program such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel?

Students are provided with a downloadable copy of Microsoft Office 365. Programs include聽 Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Microsoft Office is downloadable on PCs and Macs (up to five devices).Once you have obtained a 杏吧原创 username and password, you can find download instructions on the Information Technology webpage of 杏吧原创 Connect.
